Our underlying products and services:

1- Murabaha

Murabaha is a sale and repurchase contract where you sell the asset on a spot delivery basis and agree to repurchase on a deferred payment basis with a pre-agreed profit. The purpose of this financing is to fund the purchase of raw materials, spare parts, finished goods, machinery/ equipment and other trading stocks.

2- Ijarah

Ijarah is a practical financing tool allowing you to acquire your equipment/machinery through leasing, where the Bank owns the asset, and then will lease the asset to you against rental payments.

3- Mudaraba

Mudaraba is a partnership between the bank and an enterprise/ company for a pre-agreed period of time. The bank acting as Rab ul Maal provides capital to the customer, Mudarab, to help the customer meet its short-term working and/or long-term capital spending requirements.
